The Blighted Reach Campaign Expansion introduces an innovative micro-campaign to Arcs, where each game represents an episode in an epic trilogy set in a vast galaxy. Players start as minor regents in a crumbling empire, but their paths quickly diverge as they face a variety of challenges. The campaign features twenty-four fate seeds, each branching into numerous twists and outcomes. Players can uncover lost knowledge, lead their people to a new home, or create a galactic confederation.
As you accomplish objectives and make pivotal choices, the campaign evolves. Destroy a world, and its refugees could flood the galaxy in your next game. If your society collapses, you might abandon your homeworld and continue the next chapter aboard a lone flagship. Each game in the campaign takes under two hours to play, allowing for a quick skirmish or a more immersive three-act saga. Just remember to take breaks, stretch, and stay hydrated between games!
