What happens if my package is lost in transit?

  • If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • If it is determined that the package is lost due to misdelivery by the carrier, we will replace your order.
  • We cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the package is lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
  • All customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase.
  • If a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee for the package to be sent out again.
  • If you find that your shipping address is incorrect or has changed since you last placed your order, please notify us with the order number and address.

When will my order ship?

  • Your order will be processed during normal business days (Monday - Friday)
  • We primarily use FedEx (Home Delivery/Ground), or USPS (First Class/Priority) for our free premium shipping. The exact shipping method will be determined as the order ships as it varies depending on weight, location, etc.
  • If an item is in stock, your order will be processed within 1 to 3 business days. The delivery time after processing will vary based on the shipping address. Currently, delivery times vary between 3 to 4 business days within the United States.
  • If an item is a pre-order, the pre-order will ship when it's in stock. If you order multiple pre-orders with the same release date, the order will be shipped once all items are in stock.
  • Once an item ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information. In special circumstances, tracking numbers may not be available.

Do you ship outside the United States?

  • No, we currently only ship to the United States and APO addresses.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

  • Yes! Just make sure that the PO Box number is listed.

How do I change my address?

  • If you need to change your address for a pre-order that has not yet shipped, please contact customer service. Changing your address under "My Account" will not change the address attached to your pre-order;  it will only affect future orders.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer several shipping options for your convenience. Please note that UPS services are available only for shipments within the continental USA and do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Free Shipping

  • Eligibility: Orders $150.00 and up.
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 days (up to 21 days for certain locations).
  • Availability: Only for the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
  • Notes: Applies to standard economy shipping. $150.00 threshold is based on the net total before taxes. Digital Gift Cards are excluded.

Flat Rate Shipping

  • Cost: Maximum of $9.95 for orders below $150.00.
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 days (up to 21 days for certain locations).
  • Availability: Only for the 48 contiguous U.S. states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii).

USPS Shipping Options

Ground Mail Small Package:
  • Cost: $4.99 flat rate.
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.
  • Notes: For lightweight orders (under 12 ounces with packaging). Minimal packaging in bubble envelopes or small boxes.
Priority Mail:
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days.
  • Cost: Based on boxed weight and location.
Express Mail:
  • Delivery Time: Overnight service, including weekends and holidays.
  • Cost: Based on boxed weight and location. Includes tracking and insurance.
Media Mail:
  • Delivery Time: 7-21 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, and military addresses may take 4-6 weeks.
  • Cost: Economical for books and printed materials.
  • Notes: Not available for miniatures or supplies.

UPS Shipping Options

Ground:
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days depending on location.
  • Includes: Tracking and insurance.
  • Notes: Not available for P.O. boxes.
2nd Day Air:
  • Delivery Time: Guaranteed delivery within two business days.
  • Availability: Anywhere in the continental USA and Puerto Rico.

  • Cost: Affordable rates depending on location, capped at $9.95.
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 days (up to 21 days for certain locations).

How do I get free shipping?

  • For shipping within the continental United States, orders must total at least $150 before taxes.
