Bolt Action: Italian Paracadutisti Weapons Teams

Infantry weapons teams are essential for any Bolt Action army, offering a variety of tactical options. Sniper teams, flamethrower teams, and light mortar teams are particularly valuable, giving your opponent a range of challenges to overcome.

In theory, every Italian infantry division was equipped with eight flamethrower teams for clearing entrenched infantry and assaulting fortifications. However, in reality, these supplies were much scarcer.

The Italian army lacked a dedicated sniper rifle. The relatively lightweight Carcano Model 1891, with its small-caliber bullet, was not ideal for the role. However, in the hands of a skilled marksman, the weapon could prove deadly.

The Brixia 45mm light mortar was a powerful and successful weapon when used by properly trained soldiers. Its rate of fire was higher than similar weapons used by other nations, and its accuracy was unmatched.
