In Aviation Tycoon, players invest in four different airline companies, buying stock as these airlines transport passengers along various routes. Each time a route is used, the corresponding airline earns revenue. When dividends are paid out, shareholders receive their share — and continue to earn until the airline runs out of money (as long as the funds can be distributed among the shareholders). Special event cards can close airports, double route payouts, and more. Additionally, special player cards grant each player unique abilities, which everyone can utilize during the round.
