The German WWII aircraft, the Bf-109, was a highly effective fighter, especially in its climbing ability and acceleration. The Bf 109 G series began development in 1942 and was improved with several modifications, building on previous variants. This variant had an MK151 20mm cannon and a pair of MG 17 machine guns and was present on all German fronts from 1942 to the end of the Second World War. This Academy kit with over 90 plastic parts faithfully recreates the German Bf 109G-14 in 1/72 scale.
