In the mist-wreathed land of Vauhaemia, located east of the Mildaark Forest, resides a dominion ruled by Vampires. These creatures have forsaken their humanity in exchange for eternal life. Using dark powers, they lure others into serving them from the shadows of the world. Some Vampires, tired of remaining hidden in their bat-filled castles, venture into the mortal realm for blood and entertainment. The Mildaark Forest is their favored hunting ground, where they and their entourage take pleasure in preying upon unsuspecting victims who dare to wander at night.
