Better Letters

To play Better Letters, set up the game by shuffling the entire deck and dealing nine cards into a 3 x 3 grid in the middle of the play area. Each player will receive three personal objective cards, select two to keep, and discard the third. Keep these cards secret from other players. All players will receive six tokens in their respective player color. The game is played in 60-second rounds, with the goal of forming one or more words by following the restrictions on one or multiple cards. You may begin with any card and continue utilizing cards connected orthogonally. Write your word(s) on the corresponding boxes on the score sheet. All players must discover up to three words before the timer runs out. When the timer expires, one word from each player's list will be checked and submitted for the round. Custom scoring will then commence and the game will continue for six rounds.
