The Departments & Donations Expansion for Carnegie brings four new modules that can be played on their own or in any combination. One module, A New Beginning, introduces an asymmetrical setup where players secretly manage their starting money and resources, giving them a head start before the game begins. Additional modules add sixteen new departments and four new donation tiles. For experienced players, the expansion also offers three optional rules to add fresh gameplay twists and new challenges.
