Divinus is a competitive, legacy-style, tile-laying digital hybrid game where players assume the roles of demigods striving to win the favor of the Gods and rise to a new pantheon. The game features a twelve-scenario campaign that involves exploring lands, completing quests, interacting with deities, and influencing the epic conflict between the Greek and Norse pantheons.

At the start of each campaign scenario, players open a sealed box containing new quests, components, stickers, Gods, gameplay mechanisms, and more. The Divinus app delivers the narrative and sets the stakes for each scenario. Players use dice from their pool each turn to explore new tiles on the world board. They lay tiles on their demigod map, ensuring they match features and are placed adjacently, all while working toward quest and God goals.

Throughout the campaign, players make permanent changes to their demigods by acquiring powerful artifacts, customizing their dice, and earning titles for their achievements. They also alter the game world by modifying tiles and adding new locations, heroes, and monsters. Key decisions made through the Divinus app impact the game, such as determining the outcome of battles, the fate of holy sites, and the survival of Gods. These decisions influence the game components and future scenarios, with consequences visible in subsequent sessions.

The Divinus campaign is designed to be played over multiple sessions due to its evolving and persistent world. As players progress, the rulebook expands with new rules and content. Once the campaign concludes, players can enjoy continued gameplay with an Infinite Replayability mode, which allows them to revisit their unique version of Divinus.
