Dungeon Crawl Classics: #86 Hole in the Sky

A mysterious figure known as the Lady in Blue, radiating with cosmic power, tasks a group of ordinary peasants with an extraordinary mission. They must follow an invisible bridge to a hole in the sky, and then, defying death, jump through it. Only the bravest, strongest, and luckiest will survive, but the reward is unlike any other: the chance to alter their destiny by changing the very stars under which they were born.
