Garum is inspired by the ancient Roman fish sauce, which played a significant role in the prosperity and expansion of the Roman Empire. This highly prized condiment from the coastal regions of modern-day Portugal and Spain has now inspired a versatile strategy board game suitable for the whole family, ages 8 and up, designed for 2 to 4 players.

In Garum, each player acts as a master in the art of making a specific type of fish sauce. Players receive a set of 16 Cetarian Tiles, each featuring 4 spaces in different colors. The objective is to strategically place these tiles to maximize the number of your own color symbols in selected rows or columns. The more you influence these areas, the greater your reward.

The game, which lasts about 30 minutes, is language-independent and offers endless replayability due to its dynamic board system that ensures no two games are the same. Players can score points, collect bonuses, and block opponents' strategies. The player with the highest score at the end wins the game.
