Step into a world of majestic beauty and environmental wonder with HUTAN, an immersive family game inspired by the Indonesian word for rainforest. In HUTAN, players cultivate their own rainforest patch, planting sprouts and flowers that will transform into towering trees over time. As habitats take shape, iconic forest animals appear - the orangutan, the Sumatran tiger, the rhinoceros’ hornbill, the cassowary, or the Sumatran rhino. HUTAN spans 9 rounds, with each player taking two turns per round. On your turn, select a flower card from the shared market pool and place it in your rainforest. When placed on top of a matching flower, it grows into a tree. Once an area is filled with trees, the last one is replaced by an animal. At the end of the game, the player with the most impressive rainforest and the most animals scored wins.
