Moon: A Pick and Pass Game

Moon is a game where players race to build lunar bases that are both functional and appealing for Earth’s inhabitants. The most prestigious base will become the new lunar capital! Using a "pick & pass" (or "hand drafting") mechanism, players select new structure cards to add to their base. Each hand of cards represents a convoy of experts and equipment traveling between players' outposts, offering the choice of one new construction per turn. A unique twist in the game includes "Expedition" cards that allow for a special free action each turn before passing the cards to the next player.

Wooden lunar rover tokens act as a neutral resource, adding a worker placement element to the game and serving as a tiebreaker, so they must be used wisely. Over three distinct eras, players compete to achieve the majority in five key areas of base development: housing, transportation, science, industry, and food production. At the end of each era, players earn bonus victory points based on which areas they lead, determined by the flag icons on their constructed buildings.

Additionally, random "Reputation" cards provide one-time or ongoing bonuses to players who meet the requirements to claim them.
