As you build across three city regions, you'll strategically place tiles and manage your cards to complete feature objectives. Skillful play can lead to powerful turns where multiple cards are fulfilled, rapidly expanding the city. Player interaction is crucial, as everyone shares the same game board and can capitalize on each other's previous moves. Your goal is to create the most harmonious city possible, which is key to winning. At the game's end, you'll score points for the two regions where you performed best, but your lowest-scoring region's points will be tripled. So, while it's tempting to focus on already developed areas, neglecting others could cost you the game. Balance is essential in Neotopia, reflecting the sustainable future you're striving to build.
