Old-School Essentials: The Incandescent Grottoes

The Incandescent Grottoes is a classic journey into the Mythic Underworld, where a bubbling stream plunges into the earth, leading adventurers through pools, underground channels, and dazzling grottos. Within, they may encounter strange mosses and fungi, ancient tombs, lairs of bizarre subterranean creatures, and the hideout of a banished illusionist. This adventure serves as a companion to Gavin Norman's earlier scenario, The Hole in the Oak, and can be played on its own or combined with the previous scenario to create a larger dungeon experience.
