However, the old order has grown complacent, bogged down by the concerns of the masses. Now, it’s time for a new syndicate to rise from the ashes and seize the opportunity for profit.

The Phoenix Syndicate is a game centered around building a network of agents on planets scattered across the galaxy. Each time you play, a unique galaxy is created by randomly arranging the galactic hexes. Throughout the game, you’ll claim contracts, each outlining specific planets you’ll want to incorporate into your network. The better you fulfill these contracts, the more lucrative the deals become, earning you more credits.

To connect planets to your network, you’ll need resources, which you conveniently "acquire" from the planets where your agents are already established. As you expand your influence and fulfill contracts, you’ll outmaneuver your rivals and build a powerful syndicate worthy of galactic dominance.
