In Pocket Rails, players draft Railroad Shares to add to their Portfolio and score points in the Rail Yard. Each player is given a hand of 8 cards, with each card featuring a city, company, and good (in a 4-player game, the hand is reduced to 6 cards). Each player chooses one card to display in their Portfolio (placed directly in front of them) and one card to display in the Rail Yard (center of the table). All players reveal their cards simultaneously and organize them by Company (color) for better visibility. This game is designed for 2-4 players.
