As Allan Quatermain, the legendary marksman and adventurer, you'll delve into the depths of colonial-era Africa seeking treasure. In this deck-building adventure game, 2-4 players embark on quests, hunt in the veldt, and trade for new cards to enhance their decks. Your goal is to accumulate the most wealth, but your choice of allies will influence how many wealth cards you can score at the end of the game.

Each turn consists of four steps:

Upkeep: Choose one gun and one ally to accompany you that turn.

Play an Adventure Card: Optionally play one adventure card to gain new actions or benefits.

Hunt in the Veldt: Engage in hunting to gain resources and opportunities.

Trade for New Cards: Make one trade to acquire new cards to strengthen your deck.

The game proceeds until the veldt is depleted of animals. The player with the highest total wealth at the end wins the game.
