Quickshade: Soft Tone by The Army Painter

The original Quickshade™ is a unique product designed to help you paint your army with ease. Simply apply it with a brush or dip your base-coated miniatures, shake, and you're nearly done. This version, Soft Tone, is the lightest of the three types and is perfect for use on lighter colors like flesh tones, pink, yellow, and white, providing gentle and subtle shading.

If you prefer a lighter, more natural look on your miniatures without heavy, dark shading, Soft Tone is the ideal choice. It saves you time and effort by eliminating the need for multiple washes or intricate detailing. Just apply an even coat, and Quickshade will create consistent shading across all your miniatures.

Brushing Method: If you opt for the brushing technique, use a brush that you won't need for other projects, as the varnish leaves a sticky residue that may not wash off easily with just water.

This Quickshade is designed for miniatures ranging from 10-28 mm in scale.

TIP: If you find the finish too glossy, simply use The Army Painter Anti-Shine Matt Varnish (sold separately) to reduce the shine and add depth. A quick spray will give your miniatures a matte, professional finish.
