In Rolling Heights, set in the 1920s, you launch your career as a general contractor in a rapidly growing city. Players roll meeples to determine their actions: standing meeples provide special actions and building materials, while face-down meeples yield nothing. You can take risks for better rolls but might lose crucial materials. Completing buildings earns you prestige and new workers, allowing you to build even larger structures, including skyscrapers.
