Roma Victrix

Roma Victrix is a strategic game that aims to accurately depict the conflicts between the Roman empire and its neighboring nations. This interactive experience guides players through tasks such as collecting revenue, recruiting and managing military forces, conducting battles on land and sea, negotiating diplomacy, and dealing with the unpredictable nature of random events. The game also includes special rules that highlight the significance of leadership, cavalry strength, mobility, and attrition. With seventeen historical scenarios spanning from the 2nd Punic War to Justinian's attempted reconquest in the mid-6th century A.D., players can experience key moments in Roman history such as the rivalries of the Republic, civil war, imperial expansion, and the Germanic invasions. Additionally, three hypothetical scenarios allow players to create their own alternate history. Roma Victrix caters to a variety of group sizes and even offers solitaire play options for two of its twenty scenarios. The game includes a mounted map, counter sheets, power and leader display cards
