Crawling and burrowing through the fleshy tunnels of the Belly of the Beast, these oversized, armored parasites feast on the remains of undigested intruders. Their thick, interlocking chitinous shells make them immune to most acids and explosives, allowing them to dig deep into the beast’s intestines in search of food. Though not particularly intelligent, the hungrier a Flesh Mite becomes, the more vicious it gets, using its face tentacles to sniff out the scent of its next meal.
