But you're not the only one in the game—rival companies are also competing for their affection. To win their hearts, you'll need to have just the right gifts. And if that doesn’t do the trick, you can always donate the gifts and write off the expenses. After all, it’s not just about love; it’s about profit too.

Shell Company - Don’t Write Me Off is the first in a series of games created under the 'Born at PAX®' initiative. What does 'Born at PAX' mean? At PAX East 2022, Lynnvander Studios teamed up with the PAX team to host a panel called 'Design a Board Game Live.' The crowd came up with the unique concept of a turtle dating sim combined with tax evasion, and we polished those ideas into the game you now hold!

Shell Company is an auction-style bidding game with a touch of bluffing, where players must manage their finances to acquire gifts. These gifts can either be used to charm potential clients or donated for a tax write-off. Success in both areas is crucial, as players are scored based on their weaker category.
