Skara Brae

Step back in time 5,000 years to the Orkney Islands of Northern Scotland, where resilient farmers and hunters built a thriving community now known as Skara Brae. Instead of discarding shells, broken tools, bones, and other waste, they created large midden mounds over centuries. Later generations dug into these mounds to build rooms and tunnels for shelter from harsh winds and cold winters.

In Skara Brae, players gather Resources to feed, clothe, and shelter their growing Settlers. Take turns drafting Village Cards and assigning Workers to Furnish, Cook, Craft, Clean, and Trade. At the end of each round, players must provide for their Settlers while managing new Midden created along the way. After 4 rounds, the player with the most Victory Points (VP) wins.
