"Freight on Board is a new mini-expansion for Small Railroad Empires, allowing players to export cargo containers by ship at the port. When a player delivers a good along their train route that matches the good shown on the Cargo Ship card, they can place their own Cargo Container on the ship. Once the ship is fully loaded, it sets sail to export the goods, and the player with the most containers on board wins the export, earning extra Prestige and Money!"
