Strategic depth emerges through risk management mechanics requiring optimal positioning relative to the storm's destructive potential while maximizing salvage opportunities from interdimensional shipwrecks. Victory conditions prioritize prestige accumulation through multiple pathways including salvage operations, contractual fulfillment, personnel recruitment, vehicle enhancement, and achievement recognition. The mechanical architecture employs dice drafting for movement determination across three specialized vehicle types (terrestrial, aerial, and submersible) with integrated maintenance requirements.
