Decide where to place your Microbrewery for maximum profit, or find the perfect spot for a Toy Store. Each street you complete will influence the movement of people to new buildings, and your goal is to capitalize on this influx to grow your earnings.

The game features a straightforward valuation formula for buildings, with profits dependent on their placement within the street and the types of buildings nearby. Smart placement is key to maximizing your revenue. As the city develops, you'll need to manage your investment funds wisely, plan ahead, and adapt to new opportunities.
