Tortuga 1667

In Tortuga 1667, set in the Caribbean in the year 1667, you and your fellow pirates are on a quest to plunder a Spanish galleon. However, you have a hidden agenda and plan to keep all the treasure for yourself. This strategy/social-deduction game, designed for 2-9 players, is housed in a faux book box with a rubber playing mat that doubles as a treasure map.

Each player receives a secret loyalty card, making trust crucial as you navigate the game. Use Vote cards to attack the Spanish for treasure, stage mutinies, and engage in brawls. Event cards like the Letter of Marque or Pistol can aid your team or hinder your enemies, but revealing the Black Spot will maroon you to Tortuga. The game concludes when the Spanish Armada card is revealed, and the team with the most treasure emerges victorious.
