Tortuga 2199 is a deck-building, exploration, and area control game for 2-4 players set on the perilous planet of Tortuga, once a mining colony now controlled by insurgents and pirate clans. As a pirate captain, your goal is to become the most powerful leader by uniting the fragmented pirate clans.

To achieve this, you'll need to:
