As one of these tour companies, your task is to decide where to send out your boat. But be careful—if you hesitate too long, a rival company might swoop in and take the lead. Sometimes, when your own scouting isn’t enough, you may even need to follow a rival company’s lead to find the best spots for whale-watching!
